Summary
We provide universal solutions for withdrawable AC metal-clad switchgears. Our
product
is available for 3.6-12kV three-phase, AC power systems, with a rated frequency of
50/60Hz.
It complies with the following standards: IEC62271-200 and IEC60694 GB3906.

1.Ambient temperature: -10℃ ~40 ℃; daily average+ 35℃;
2.Altitude: ≤1000m;
3.Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%;
4.Earthquake intensity: ≤ 8 degree;
5.Safety and Contamination: keep free from flames, explosions, corrosive gases and
severe vibrations.
Structure feature
1.The switchgear consists of a fixed cabinet and withdrawable parts (handcarts).The
enclosure of the cabinet is made out of aluminum zinc coated steel plate, which is
folded by CNC machine and assembled by bolts.
2.With electrostatic spray used on cabinet doors, the whole cabinet is made with high
accuracy machining and its shock and oxidation resistance.
3.Each compartment is isolated from the others, such as the handcart compartment, busbar
compartment, cable compartment and instrument relay compartment. Every compartment has a
decompression channel and a cover board to ensure safe operation.
4.Safety interlocking is installed to prevent all unauthorized operations.
